The Challenge
Nestlé recognized the increasing stress levels among its workforce, which were impacting productivity and overall well-being. To address this, the company sought an effective solution to help employees manage stress, build resilience, and enhance their effectiveness in the workplace.
Our Approach
We designed and implemented a customized 6-week group coaching program focused on resilience and well-being. The key elements of the program included:
Inclusive Participation: The program was open to all employees, regardless of level, and participation was voluntary, ensuring a diverse and engaged group.
Online Delivery: Conducted entirely online, the program provided flexibility and accessibility for participants across various locations.

Supplementary Materials: Participants received workbooks, home practice tips, audio materials, educational videos, and weekly guidance emails to support their ongoing development.
