The Objective

Piraeus Bank partnered with us as part of their Masterclass Series training initiative, aimed at equipping emerging talents with the skills needed to thrive in the organization’s new era of growth. This comprehensive program sought to upskill over 850 participants within the bank’s talent pool by enhancing resilience, fostering self-leadership, and preparing them to navigate the challenges of the dynamic banking sector effectively.

Our Approach

We designed and delivered the interactive training program "Building Resilience & Self-Leadership", tailored to meet the needs of a diverse group of participants. The program focused on:
