Enhancing Resilience and Wellbeing at Papastratos

The Objective

Papastratos aimed to strengthen employee resilience, focus, and overall wellbeing across all organizational levels. To achieve this, they partnered with us to design and implement a comprehensive 6-week group coaching program, accessible to all employees, regardless of their position within the company.

Our Approach

We developed a structured program that combined various disciplines to promote wellbeing and resilience. The 6-week program, delivered through 1.5-hour online sessions, was designed to ensure broad participation across all organizational levels. Participants joined closed groups, fostering open discussion, peer support, and collaborative learning. The voluntary opt-in format ensured a highly motivated and engaged audience.

Our Methodology

  • Practical tools for resilience and wellbeing, including mind training to enhance focus, breathwork for stress management, and active rest practices for relaxation and recovery.

  • Insights into neuroscience and cognitive-behavioral strategies (CBT) combined with coaching frameworks to support personal and professional growth.

  • Dynamic learning through group discussions, dyad sharing, and role-playing simulations to apply concepts in a collaborative and interactive environment.

To reinforce the training, employees received a comprehensive workbook, home practice tips, audio materials, and educational videos. Weekly guidance emails offered ongoing motivation and inspiration, while personalized support addressed individual needs, ensuring practical application and sustained impact.

The Results

The program yielded significant positive outcomes:
